One national sign company, one point of contact, every location built to the same standard in our Illinois shop. Signature Signs & Lighting handles the surveys, the permits, the fabrication, the rollout schedule and the installs, so your team stops auditioning a different sign vendor in every market.

National brands, hometown shops, churches and schools. Fabricated in Central Illinois, installed coast to coast. See the installs →
National signage companies all sell the same seven things. The difference is whether one company owns all seven, or hands three back to you the week a permit stalls.
Every location starts with a survey: the building measured, the elevations photographed, the local sign code read and the landlord criteria pulled before anyone draws anything. That is where multi-location programs quietly go wrong. A package gets approved at head office, then three cities cap the square footage and the schedule slips a quarter.
Your brand book becomes a working sign family: letter heights, return depths, colors, illumination, mounting details and the alternates you fall back to when a city will not allow the primary. We draw it once and hold it, so every new store is a variation on a package that has already been solved.
Permitting eats calendars, so it starts before fabrication rather than after. We prepare the drawings each jurisdiction wants, file or support the local filing, answer plan review comments and pursue a variance when code and brand standard disagree. Landlord approvals run on the same track.
Channel letters, cabinets, monuments, pylons and LED message centers are built and tested in our own shop, not brokered out to whichever fabricator is cheapest that month. That is why a program stays consistent: the same paint process and the same lighting spec produce location forty the way they produced location one.
A program is a schedule problem more than a sign problem. Production runs in waves tied to your opening dates, and each location carries its own status: surveyed, drawn, permit filed, permit issued, in production, shipped, installed, closed out. Your construction manager gets one list and one person to call.
Locations across Central Illinois are installed by Signature Signs crews with our own cranes and bucket trucks. Locations outside that footprint go in through vetted install partners we select and manage, on the same contract. Any location can instead take a ship-only sign, built here and crated for your own contractor. More on our nationwide page.
A program does not end at the ribbon cutting, so the drawings, the module specs and the closeout photos for every location stay on file. When a letter goes dark, the fix starts from the record of what we built rather than a guess. Sign repair and maintenance works the same way for signs another company built.
Most national sign programs are one of four shapes. Tell us which one you are in and the quote gets specific fast.
The franchisor approves one package, then franchisees order from it. Same letter set, same illumination, same drawings, and the brand stops policing sign quality one location at a time. Franchise signs can be installed by our crews, by a managed partner, or shipped to the franchisee’s own contractor.
Financing is available for franchisees →Old identity down, new identity up, usually against a date somebody else picked. We plan the removals, the patch and paint coordination, the temporary covers that carry a location through the gap, and the permanent signs that follow. Debranding a closed site is part of the same scope.
See conversion work →The sign has to be ready the week the store is, not the week after. We build the sign schedule backward from your opening date and coordinate with the general contractor on electrical rough-in and wall backing, because sites always slip.
Channel letters and storefronts →Branch conversions run against legal day one, and a bank cannot be wearing the wrong name when the doors open. Temporary covers bridge the date, then permanent cabinets, monuments and drive-through signs follow once permits clear. Interior and ATM signage stays on the same list.
Monument and pylon signs →Real jobs, real addresses, photographed on site. The brands and cities below come from our own project records.
Our project archive covers Caliber Collision locations in fourteen cities across Illinois, Indiana and Missouri, among them Rockford, Urbana, Charleston, Mattoon, Effingham, Joliet, Blue Island, Vincennes and Logansport. Repeat work in that many markets is what a rollout actually looks like.

Store identity letters, drive-thru signage and interior pieces built and installed at Starbucks locations in Peoria, Quincy and St. Elmo, Illinois. Cafe programs stack several sign types at one address, which is the case for drawing them as one package.

Storefront letters and the bullseye logo at Target stores in Belleville and East Peoria, Illinois. Big-box identity work is unforgiving on color and spacing, so the shop drawing matters more than the install day does.

A freestanding pylon and building signage at the Wells Fargo location in Galesburg, Illinois. Bank signage carries drive-through and directional pieces alongside the main identity, and each of them has its own permit path.

Storefront identity and a pick-up window pylon at the Domino’s location in Lincoln, Illinois. Quick-service packages like this one bundle the building letters, the road sign and the order-point signage into a single build.

Six stages, in this order, every time. The order is the part that protects the opening date.
Most programs mix both, market by market, on the same contract.
We build the sign, then get it on the building. Our crews cover Central Illinois and vetted partners cover the locations beyond, with permits, freight and scheduling managed on our side.
How nationwide delivery worksWhen a franchisee already has an installer, or the general contractor owns the scope, we crate the sign for freight and send the drawings and patterns with it. Same shop, same standard, your crew on the ladder.
See installation servicesFreight out of Central Illinois reaches both coasts and most of the South without the long-haul premium a coastal fabricator builds into every crate. That is a real line item when a program ships forty signs instead of one.
Corporate signage looks different in each of these, mostly because the approval chain does.
Multi-location accounts we have built and installed for.
Two locations or two hundred, the first conversation is the same: what is being built, where, and by when.
